Publié le 9 janv. 2023 sur HotelsHôtel un peu décevant sur papier il est bien moderne pas trop mal placé, cependant la propreté est limite et beaucoup de soucis technique un soir l’alarme incendie des chambres c’est mise à sonner en alternance pendant 30mn et pas de chance sur 2 ascenseur les 2 étaient en pannes ( pas pratique avec une poussette). Et le tout en étant à 204€ la nuit c’est pas donné.

I was disappointed to learn that the standard of cleanliness in your bedroom fell below expectations. Our Housekeeping team have a stringent set of daily procedures to follow and it is evident these were not adhered to on this occasion, for this I apologise and I want to assure you this will be addressed. I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lift having been out of order during your stay, I understand the frustration this may have caused you. Despite the setbacks mentioned in your review, I hope you find your way back to us should your travels bring you again to the area for a chance to make your stay better than the last. Best wishes
