Superb!! The staff are incredible and made our return journey seamless.. they are so welcoming and very attentive. The hotel is a perfect location especially as we went to see a concert in Hyde Park! It’s a gem of a hotel right in the heart of London…

Staff was great, property was great, location was great, and honestly, for what you get compared to the competition, its reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The staff at this property were heaven! I had a traveling snafu, and they handled everything perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a boutique and bespoke experience. Lovely is an understatement -- the staff are all top-notch and I'll be back. Truly appreciate the attentiveness and warmth. xx
