Bon hotel, bien situé. Personnel accueillant, chambre propre, bonne litterie. Chambre très petite, manque d'espace pour poser une petite valise, en poser deux pour sortir les affaires, impossible. Donc, pour un sejour de moyenne ou longue durée, difficilement envisageable pour moi. Convient bien pour un sejour de 1 à 3 niuts. Nous sommes restés deux nuits.

A good pit stop for an overnight stsy

Good central location. Pleasant helpful staff. Room small but well equipped. Bed comfy and nice towels. Only complaint was that a bin tucked under the bed hadn’t been emptied and the bathroom area wasn’t spotless with some areas water stained.

Nice place!

Not too far from Oxford Circus tube station, Z Hotel was great to stay for events in the city. Placed on the 7th floor, I ended up using the elevator and it was smooth as anything. The hotel has a cafe that serves food 24/7, but I can't comment on quality. Breakfast runs pretty late into the morning for late lays. The rooms aren't super massive - I've been in bathrooms bigger than the entire room, and you have a small cube of floor space to stand in, but it was perfectly ideal for my purposes. The bed is large and spacious, the sheets are good, and the pillows plentiful enough. The TV channels are a bit grim, but the TV itself is nicely sized. The AC in the room was a little fiddly to understand - but in 28°c weather, it worked fantastic. The lights, blinds, and bathroom lights are all controlled by a delightful little button panel. Tea/coffee + kettle were plentiful, the hairdryer was good quality, and the view was great. The plugs have USB slots which was nice. Internet is fiddly and tempermental but worked fine. The bathroom, for it's size, was great. Towels were good quality, and the sink was massive. The shower itself is lovely and big, though the toilet doesn't flush great. Despite long showers, the room didn't get humid like I feared. The elephant in the room is that it is a frosted glass divider between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and the frosted effect stops pretty far down. Not a place to share with family - it's a great couples room.
Main door. The front handle can only be pushed down with the keycard pressed to the sensor, but the door features a deadbolt for privacy and extra security.
Frosted glass divider between the sleeping space and the bathroom means you can see a lot more than you might want - and hear it all too.

Great value, get what you pay for

It was cheap considering location, great local amenities. Not the comfiest beds in the world, but again cheap and priced right. Not much room but was only a stop-gap/bed for the night to save us travelling back. Would stay again

소올직 후기

대만족 입니다. 약간 한국 호텔이랑 느낌이 거의 유사합니다. 그리고 한번도 못 봤던 에어컨도 있어서 너무 만족스러웠어요 ㅋㅋ 사진에 비해 살짝 작긴한데 그래도 숙소는 거의 잠만 자니깐 불편하지는 않았네요. 다음에도 런던으로 여행가면 여기로 숙소 잡을 듯 합니다. 진심!

Small and perfectly formed hotel. Location is excellent. Rooms are very small but ideal for a busy short trip. Bonus that there was oat milk in the bedroom 🙏

Would not come back

Location for central london was amazing. Staff on arrival made us feel welcome and very helpful. Unfortunately issues began as we entered our room. Smelt so badly of damp. Air con was available but not the best and no windows available to open for some fresh air. Had an alarm in our room at 10.15pm, told it was due to having a shower and something to do with the air quality, fine however when the alarm then went off at 3.05am was not impressed, i can assure you no air change when we are fast asleep in bed. Then told it would finally be turned off, so why was it on in the first place? Also if it is for safety reasons why was nothing checked in our room? The following morning i requested to change room as i didnt fancy being woken twice in 2 nights. Room was changed to an even worse room. Smelt even worst then the first. Lowered the blind only for it to break on top of my sons head (the big top metal fitting). Spent all night listening to water running through what i can only hope was the air con. We booked breakfast for one morning, we left after 5 minutes. The croissants were stale and the choices were limited to say the least. Very disappointed with our stay and the facilities. Only bonus was being so central. Also the rooms were not clean and you can hear the cleaning team cery loudly in the hall from 8am. Not great when you wish to enjoy a holiday lay in.

The location was perfect, staff friendly but the room was the size of a bathroom, we could barely move. No locker, no place to hang or put clothes away.. There’s literally only a bed. The TV didn’t work so we couldn’t watch a movie in the evening and the staff didn’t know what to do either. Apparently we were supposed to request room cleaning and/or new towels which was not told to us at arrival. Overall ok but maximum for 1 or 2 nights.
