Excellent service. Loved the beautiful location. Room on the small side but understandable given the age of the building. On a slight negative side: we did not care for the strong fragrance in the room when we first arrived. (Some people love fragrances, we do not). We had to open our windows to let it vent and set the sign to not clean room so as to avoid getting more of the fragrance. Our luggage even smells of it on our return home.

Overall nice property. Very convenient to Victoria station. Although there is a lift where most rooms can access, I had a room that required taking a flight of stairs.

This hotel was in a great location to walk to many restaurants and Victoria Station. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was nice but not overly attentive. Our room was spacious but the floorboards creaked so much that I felt very sorry for the people staying in the room below us. We’re felt like we had to tiptoe. Hotel is very walkable to Victoria station and most attractions

We were very pleased with the price, location and convenience to the Underground. Staff was very helpful, friendly and the rooms were quite clean and well maintained. It is nice to find a location that fulfills all the needs we had for our stay without having to pay a ton! I would recommend Tophams to friends and certainly consider staying there again!

My sister and I had a lovely 3-night stay at Tophams Hotel. Extremely comfortable, quiet room on the second floor, and the hotel is in such a charming area of the city; it was so quiet, you’d have no idea that you’re just down the street from Buckingham Palace! Minutes from Victoria Station, we ate several times at the Market Hall by the station - the egg sandwiches are incredible! Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to London!

Great location. Tube is a two minute walk. Let us check-in early even though we only arrived to drop our bags off until check-in time. My plug adapter broke after ten year and they happily loaned me one until I replaced it the next morning.
