After arriving, my wife went to take a shower only to find no towels, once towels were retrieved, there was no hot water. Maintenance came to check out the hot water in the room (like i guess there was a hidden hot water tank in the bathroom?). He left, came back and said all tanks are working and maybe he was just used to the water being that cool?... so, no shower... upon turning down the bed, there was black hair in between the sheets! Needless to say, we slept very little as there was a train going by every 1/2 hour or so... when morning came, i checked the hot water again and still nothing! We packed up and returned the key to the front desk where we were told the hot water was turned up and they never heard of these types of complaints before... i booked 3 nights, only stayed for 1 and did not get a refund for the last two nights. We have traveled and stayed at some pretty questionable places and i can honestly say this tops one of the worse places ever! I would not recommend staying here.

It was close for us half way point to our next stop for a concert in london. Would definately stay again thank you!

The property was as displayed on the website there was a slight mix up with the rooms but the manger kindly sorted it out.

We booked the room for after a wedding and knew we wouldn’t be there long and it was a bed and bathroom to come back too. Unfortunately I didn’t expect to have only 2 very thin pillows and a sheet for a blanket. I highly recommend adding a few pillows and a much thicker blanket for your guests. My husband and I slept in pants & a sweater just to stay warm.

Long story short. I was traveling with my poodle. It was like I stayed in a kennel with my dog rather than my dog staying with me in a motel. I have pictures if you would like to see them. I suspect they have one nice room that was used in the photos I looked at when booking the room.

Dear Sir, We have specific rooms for animal lovers and they are few in town, as your complaint was about old air conditioner, heaters and standing shower we took cognizance of it, but we hope you enjoyed the nice clean comfortable bed, Flat TV rogers cable, Fridge and microwave which you can not find in a Kennel. Your stay was for 3 nights and you complaint at the time of checkout hope you had given us an opportunity to move when you checked in.Best Regards
