The flat is at the top floor of the building. There is an lift/elevator for most of the way, however the guests will have to walk up two flights of stairs to get in. If anyone has mobility issues the stairs could be challenging and we want to make sure all guests are aware of this before they book.

Very nice stay

We had a very nice week in this appartment with a lovely rooftop terrace. It is very well located: public transport, restaurants and shops are very close. The host responds very quickly to all questions. It was perfect!

We traveled to London from NY for a long weekend. This property was beautiful. Host Jennifer was very communicative and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We loved the design. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. Location was fabulous. The neighborhood was beautiful and local dining was great. Short walk to tube stop and easy to get to from Heathrow if you take the Heathrow Express. Definitely would stay here again.

Kasia and Peter were incredible with their email communications and so helpful. The apartment was spacious and with a lovely view of the city. And parakeets in the garden trees!! We cooked in two evenings and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The location in the city was perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood so close to a tube station to get you anywhere. Toast was a terrific coffee shop we visited daily. We will definitely stay again when back in the city.

Our family LOVED our stay in this beautiful flat! We spent three nights there in late July with our four children ages 9, 12, 12, and 14. The flat was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood of Little Venice is full of charm and the street the flat is on is beautiful - gorgeous homes with buckets of pretty flowers, adorable shops, a pub just around the corner, and very close to the tube.The master suite on the top floor is spacious and the ceiling windows provided plenty of fresh air. The tub in the bathroom is huge and was great for relaxing after a full day touring the city. The kitchen was well-equipped and Jennifer provided tea, coffee, spices, and all the essentials we needed to cook breakfasts and dinner at home. Our kids enjoyed their "fancy" bathroom and were comfy on the beds too.The balcony is great - we enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco in the evenings and loved the garden below. Opening the balcony doors and 1st floor windows provided fresh air.It is a short walk to the Warwick Ave tube station which made it easy to access the city. It was easy to meet the host with the keys when we first arrived, and since we flew in from the US early am, they were kind enough to store our bags while they cleaned.Communication with the hosts was excellent and we really loved this place - will recommend to friends and family and hope to visit again soon!

This was my family’s (my husband and I and our 3 boys 21,18,13) favorite place we stayed during our trip to Europe. There are LOTS of stairs (you get a full cardio work out each day) but the patio view is worth it. We enjoyed tea every morning and happy hour each evening out there. The location is perfect with the Tube stop at the end of the block, as well as a small market, coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants on the way. It has an upscale London neighborhood feel that makes you feel safe but still part of the city. Check-in was easy, the host and her assistant were great with communication and made us feel completely taken care of. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in London!

Beautiful safe neighborhood location minutes from the tube to explore anywhere

What a wonderful place to call home for a week in London! We had plenty of room to gather or curl up with a book in a quiet space. The rooftop deck overlooking a private garden was perfect for morning tea or an evening glass of wine. The Warwick Avenue tube station is a safe, 4-minute walk to easily go anywhere in London. Don't miss walking through the neighborhood to explore the canals and gardens. Just around the corner from the flat is a local pub, wine shop, chocolate shop and grocery. We also enjoyed walking to a restaurant built over the canal (suggested in the information left for the guests) and walking to Abbey Road. The hosts were wonderful and quick to offer suggestions of things to do while we were in town. We'd love to come back asand stay again! have recharge alone.

Beautiful Tree House
