Pro: Newly renovated. Con: The room is extremely small. Pro: Close to restaurants and Bars. Con: Far from Central London Historic Areas. Con: More like a Dorm with small kitchenette. Con: College kids are running the desk. Con: No daily cleaning service, Summary: Pay more and get a lot more. Very underwhelmed with this property.

If you’re visiting London for the first time, it's a great place to stay. It's easy to navigate, and close to public transport. There is also a huge mall near by, and many walkable and affordable restaurants. It's also really safe, and the staff at Vertus Edit are kind, friendly, and easy to chat with. The rooms are clean, the soap is good, and there are no complaints. 10/10 would recommend!

Great budget hotel close to tube, useful kitchenette: accessible for 02 with lots of restaurants. Clean and quiet: my only gripe is the over complicated iPad type control pad which was impossible to understand or operate- unnecessary!

Functional room. Very small yet with full kitchen facilities. No desk or seat. So have to sit on the bed. Breakfast possible at cafe on ground floor if you don’t mind queueing.

Air con (which was a fan!) wasn’t working. No working hairdryer in the room which meant I had to go to a client meeting with soaking wet hair. Just a really awful experience, wouldnt stay again and I think I should be given a refund!

Did the job for a business trip however the two things that annoyed me were 1. No Aircon made the rooms really uncomfortable for summer (window and a fan doesn't cut it) and 2. Cleaning staff knocked a lamp out of it's screws in the wall and did nothing about it. When I complained to the front desk, the person on duty was quite rude about it and then conceded by saying he would give a refund amount for the inconvenience - they never did

The receptionist, nice young lady with brown hair, was really friendly and helpful when checking us in, greeting us during our stay and storing our luggage for us on the day of departure. The room was a good size with well thought out and good quality necessities, such as the Dyson air fan, and decent cooking equipment, we were also impressed by the room's sound proofing blocking out construction in the area. The oven worked well and the fridge was a good size for our stay. The bed was very comfortable giving us a good night's sleep for a busy few days in London. There is a tube station very close by as well as a number of affordable food shops and other amenities. A great stay overall and a good price for everything that is included, we will definitely return again.
