The hotel was amazing, very new and beautifully designed. Junior and Adlea were amazing! They were super kind and helped me a lot!! They went above and beyond to help me! I truly appreciate! The property has all the amenities such as fridge, microwave, hob, oven, etc I would totally recommend and I hope I will stay again soon!! Thank you sooooo much Guys!! 😊🙏😊🙏

It was pretty impressive hotel, better than I expected. Please note: this is a budget option with no way to upgrade. The rooms are small. But it’s very clean new hotel in the clean and vibrant neighborhood, tons of cafeterias and restaurants around. The rooms are super clean and nicely designed. 12th floor terrace is wonderful. The team is excellent.

I wouldn’t say I recommend this hotel, although they just opened up, it looks like they have a ways to go improve. I was not impressed with their tiny lobby and lifts area.. when I got there, I was with fiddling with the button on the doors when it was already open but the reception staff just watched me? I quite liked the room itself, a little cramped but not the worst. The main letdown is I ended up cooking eggs on my last night and it set off the fire alarm of the entire building, minutes later fire engines came blazing to the hotel. 20 minutes of frying food shouldn't do that (It’s not the first time I’ve cooked at an aparthotel?). It was a total nightmare to have firefighters and staff bulldoze into our room late at night, half dressed because you wanted a snack and we were all puzzled on what set it off too. Also, they didn’t have any laundry tablets to offer at all and ignored my messages on whatsapp. The price was far too steep for these blunders — Do better Vertus!

Fantastic property and location. Very stylish and clean. Calm and quiet. The lounge and access to quality coffee/espresso whenever we wanted was much better than typical in room coffee machines. We will definitely stay here again!

I honestly have no idea why anyone is complaining about this hotel, the hotel does have two buildings so make sure you know which building you need! I went to the wrong building but the staff were more than welcoming to guide me to where I needed to be which was a stone throw away just opposite the other one! After reading comments about how small the rooms are I was surprised when I opened the hotel door! No bigger no smaller than a premier inn or travelodge just your standard size! It’s not suitable for families only for solo/ couples it’s perfect! Extremely clean and soft white towels - lovely breakout areas and rooftop balcony to have complementary hot drinks and snacks from the honesty counter! Currently does have some works getting done around the area however the marketing for this hotel is all around Canary Wharf so it’s a decent hotel! It’s got signage and statues for directions to it so it’s easy to find! The location for it couldn’t be any better your right where you need to be and a 5 minute walk to the main Canary Wharf tube station. £1 charge on arrival for damage insurance which I got £1 returned the following day!

Great place to stay if visiting London. Lovely contemporary aparthotel. Really friendly staff. Canary Wharf is much quieter than Central London but well connected via the Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines

Really nice, ultra modern, really big emphasis on being environmentally friendly which is great to see but it's potentially a bit too clever for it's own good i.e. not clear how things work in the room and the temperature is a bit erratic in different parts of the building, staff super friendly and helpful

Lovely property, new clean and safe but not the best check-in experience of the many i’ve had. we arrived maybe 20mins before check-in time and the room was not ready which is fair enough but then even at the original check in time we were told to wait longer and only got issued one room of the two we booked. we were on our way to an event so the delay was not ideal although staff were apologetic- it wasn’t the best start to our trip!
