This wood cabin is located in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood just 1.5 miles to downtown Londonderry where you have access to dining, shopping, and numerous outdoor activities! Minutes away from Bromley Mountain, Magic Mountain and Stratton Mountain. This peaceful getaway is perfect for a romantic or family getaway and is pet friendly. Cozy up by the fireplace and read a good book, or explore the National Forest in the backyard. If the mountain trails are too challenging, drive 5 miles to Lowell Lake State Park for hiking trails through large white pine trees and scenic lake views. Make sure you stop by Taylor Farm just down the street to meet some of the many friendly and accessible animals. Taylor Farm has the best selections of local Vermont cheese, preserves, maple syrup, baked goods, and artwork. They also offer horse drawn sleigh rides in the winter. The cabin location offers many restaurant options but feel free to cook in the kitchen which has everything you need to make your perfect meal! Great house in a wonderful location

House was all we were looking for and very welcoming for our dogs with bowls waiting for them in the kitchen. Location was great with nice walks around the neighborhood as well as being close to many trails.

Perfect cozy cabin getaway

Great cabin for winter ski getaway. Cozy with everything needed for comfort. Very clean and well appointed. Love that our furry family member was welcome! Great location to 4 ski resorts.

Cozy, clean cabin that was a perfect home base for days of skiing! We appreciated the complementary pancake mix, maple syrup, bottle of wine

Great Stay in Londonderry!

My family had a fabulous stay in this cabin. It was a perfect fit for my husband and I and our 2 teens. We loved that we could bring our two dogs with us. This house is very dog friendly. We were looking for a place to stay with the dogs so we could ski at Stratton and we found the perfect spot. Just a 20 minute drive to Stratton, close to a grocery store and restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to my questions. We definitely want to return!

Loved our stay at Londonderry!

Comfortable, quiet, with nice cabin decor and just about everything a person could need! Location was pretty easy to find, probably some good restaurants nearby but we ventured out to explore other cities for shopping and dining. The only thing I wasn't aware of were the stairs, which are a little narrow and were a little challenging for my older dog, but she actually preferred snuggling downstairs on the soft couch and didn't use them after the first day. She loved roaming the back property, and of course we loved the breathtaking October scenery in Vermont, everywhere. Wed love to return for a future trip!

Great House

We loved the house and its location. There was a grocery store and nice restaurants nearby. Thanks for the wine, pancake mix and maple syrup. You might want to add some additional lighting in the living room so people do not have to use the bright overhead light and in the dark corner of the kitchen. And we were not sure where to put the ashes that we put into the coal bucket But all these were very minor.

Convenient, great neighborhood, thoughtful!

We were so impressed by the renters’ organization and thoughtfulness! The lockbox was better and easier to use than any other we’ve seen. The renters provided several Covid tests, along with pancake mix, maple syrup, and wine, and had helpful information about the home and area (like restaurants). The house looked just like shown in the pictures - cozy, with 3 good size beds and 1.5 baths. There’s a cute firepit outside, and while we didn’t bring our dogs on this trip, it was dog- friendly. Would absolutely rent again!

Convenient location

House was in hood location and not far off main road, about 20 minutes to Manchester with grocery store and restaurants only 5-10 minutes away. Home was well stocked and clean, bed in the master bedroom was adequate but could use an upgrade. but otherwise perfect for what we needed

Cozy, welcoming home in quiet, out-of-the-way neighborhood

The home is comfortable, cozy and very well kept. Without even meeting the owners, we felt welcomed by all of the amenities and accoutrements waiting for us when we arrived. The neighborhood is wonderfully private and quiet, yet only a couple of minutes away from town where you can get just about anything you need. We found plenty of lakes for swimming and paddleboarding, hiking, swimming holes to cool off in and excellent food and drink, all within a short drive. We booked at the last minute and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised!

Comfortable and quiet

A nicely furnished and spotless retreat about 20 minutes from Manchester. Very quiet and very comfortable, particularly the bed. The fireplace works very well and there was plenty of split firewood. My dog loved the area-plenty of smells. I hope this home will be available in the future.
