Margaret was very kind and welcoming. Room was perfect for our stay with a wonderful breakfast. We would strongly recommend. Other reviews mentioned the rooms being outdated. We found everything to be updated with no problems.

This is an old fashioned B&B in all gods senses of the world. A very friendly, down to earth kind of place .Nothing splashy but met our needs at a fair price and good location for both Derry and points west

I thought the property in August and arrived at 1:30 to find no one living there the whole place locked up I rang the doorbell seven I went to another house on the property where there was a sign go to the Manorhouse where I had already been I rang the phone no one answered I’m a 72-year-old woman travelling by myself and I had a panic attack when I realised that the accommodation I had booked in August was not going to be available I shan’t be using Expedia again and I certainly won’t be recommending grow the house to anyone

It was clean, but room not worth the money. Room was very small and warm and no fan. Light didn’t work and toilet separated from floor. Breakfast was fine but room very cramped. Coffee very weak.

Great B and B

Margaret is a friendly host who runs an excellent B and B. The room was spacious, had a big TV, hairdryer and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was generous with a good choice. The views from the bedroom were beautiful.
