The property is super clean and has recently been redone. I believe the property is used as student apartments most of the time. The rooms were tight and had very little room for suit cases. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Family Ireland trip

Derry was a wonderful city to visit and the location of this apartment was great. Having a bedroom and shower/bathroom on the first floor was helpful for our parents.

An Ideal Derry Accommodation

This is a well located accommodation with a grocery shop just down the road and the city centre is a fifteen minute walk through the lovely Brooke Park.The accommodation is clean, well presented and Shane gave us a very warm welcome.
