We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants and increased frequency throughout your stay.

This Beach Front Home has become in demand year-round for its great views and its light and airy interior. Visitors come year after year and arrange their vacations so they can be sure to get this delightful beach home .

Rebuilt and upgraded after Hurricane Katrina, it offers tons of sunlight through lots of windows, super comfortable furniture to cozy up with a book or take a snooze, cooling light-colored bedrooms that afford a peaceful night's sleep, a kitchen with breakfast bar and granite counters, and a wrap-around porch from which to view the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets and watch the moonbeams dance on the gentle waves.

You can bike or walk along the continuous pathway at the sand's edge for exercise or make your way just a few minutes away to eateries in Gulfport or Long Beach. Bring your bikes or rent them locally. If you choose to drive, you can be at either end of the coast and in the six quaint towns that make up our special Mississippi Gulf Coast, offering fishing, gaming, museums, artist colonies, boutique shopping, a NASA facility that tests every rocket that goes into space, pubs and restaurants of every variety, breweries, eco-tourism trips in kayaks, swamp tours, ferries to the off-shore islands, and tons more!!

This house is very dated . We did not enjoy our stay. We left the next day. The downstairs was not cleaned at all. Will not book or recommend . The water in the house was terrible . VERY bad oder.

Great short trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was wonderful so we hung out on the patio, yard and car port. The beach was so close!!! The home had comfortable beds and a great open living room, dining and kitchen area. Close to restaurants! Very nice stay!

Right across the street from the beach which was not busy at all. Clean home with everything you need to cook meals for the family. Nearby grocery store. Short drive to Biloxi for the Mississippi Aquarium, shopping, and restaurants. Had a great time and would stay at again.

Christmas on the Gulf coast

Firstand foremost, the property management is top notch. I received a call before my arrival to warn me of the impending freezing weather. Extremely cold temps are very unusual for the area. Charlotte warned us, no shorts or flip flops and was she right! Although it was cold, the views from the house were absolutely gorgeous! We woke to a cold house on Christmas eve bcause the heater was struggling. I called and received an immediate call back. Nancy did troubleshooting with me and the emergency heat function was set. She gave me her personal cell and said call her back if a tech needed to come out. Fortunately, it worked and the house stayed warm during continuous freezing temps. The house is beautiful and this was our 3rd stay at this property. We decorated for the holiday and enjoyed a quiet peaceful time. It was so cold that the holiday lights and other celebrations were canceled so we made the best of it. We prepared some scrumptious meals to enjoy while surrounded by the gorgeous sunsets easily visible from the huge windows. We really like this home and will return soon. Next time, hopefully the weather will be the normal shorts and flip flops temps we're used to down there.

Two marinas within 1 mile of the house. So Ship Island and Cat Island boat trips were extremely easy and convenient. House was fully stocked and clean. Felt just like home.

Senior Trip

My daughter graduated high school and for her senior trip, she asked for a beach. We wanted to try some place we’ve never been before and these beaches looked amazing! The house was right across the street from the silky, white, sandy beach that didn’t disappoint (although the ocean in this area is very shallow). This location was the perfect point for all our excursions; deep sea fishing (I recommend Navigator Fishing Charters, LLC), a day trip to New Orleans, motorcycle rides, and more. Overall, our experience at this house and with the property manager was exceptional. Clean, easy to find, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the property manager was quick to answer all my questions/requests. If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Property manager was extremely accommodating. Had a small problem with garbage collection but she handled it promptly. Unit was very clean and well equipped with linens and kitchen supplies My biggest complaint is this property is advertised with 2 king beds. They are doubles and very uncomfortable. Great beach house!!

The family was on a road trip through the area, and we spent a few days here. The area was quiet, the beach was awesome, and town was 10 minutes either way! We loved the view and the house had everything we could need for our stay! Great house, and even better time staying there!! Thanks for making our trip more memorable :)

Restful Getaway

After this year of teaching during a pandemic, I wanted somewhere more private and water front to help recoup. This was the perfect spot. Private with everything that we needed and close to lots of shopping, food choices, and casinos. Easy check in and out. We will definitely be back!
