Great Location- pet friendly!

This cottage is in the best location. Quick walk into town and the beach. We were looking for a place that allows 3 dogs and it’s very rare to find place! This house is definitely set up to be a fun party house with lots of friends or family but it was perfect for a short weekend get away with my 3 senior dogs to show them the beach. The cottage is in pretty rough shape the only thing I’d recommend is lowing the pet fee or atleast making it refundable. The pet fees are very high and the cottage is already pretty damaged inside that I doubt a pet would do anymore damage. Overall great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Poor Communication

Had an issue with our reservation and was bounced around between several people. Each one offering to help but then was informed last minute that they couldn’t help us. We ended up booking another rental which costed us a lot of extra money.

Our family stayed for a long weekend. The cottage was extremely clean and the family enjoyed the gaming tables. Big and spacious both downstairs and upstairs. Would recommend.

Super fun

Great stay great games, pool table fun but there was no puck for fuseball. Fun kites, we had to clean bar b q, but that was fine. The funny thing was the towns fire alarm went off. My 40 year old daughter came and said the Tsunami warning is going off so we went down stairs saying what do we do dang we were pretty scared. I finally said give me the non emergency number. I called and found out that was a fire alarm. I went back to bed and my husband said well how long do we have to live, he didn’t even get out of bed lol. Great stay the Boyles Family.

Things to watch for....

Great pool table and Foose ball! Air hockey is old and doesn't work well. The table needs to be redone for the devices and puck to move properly. Watch for the rug at the entrance to the living room. It's curled up and is a tripping hazard. Also many hooks linen racks, shelves and toilet paper roll holders are coming out of the wall. Thwy are not secured in studs or have Molly's. The place is clean, great beds, the pull out downstairs is very comfortable. Watch out for miscetos, they are crazy out there. Overall great stay!

Wonderful house

We loved the main floor’s focus on entertainment, with the open floor plan and available games (pool, fuse ball, air hockey). House amenities met all our needs. Check in and check out we’re super easy. We connected to the house wifi, but got the error message of no internet connection while on the home wifi. Messaged the property mgmt via the app we booked the home with, and did not receive a response. Should be an easy fix by the owners, but not receiving a response was the only negative of our stay.

Fantastic Place!

Nice getaway

The wifi wasn't working, so be prepared for that. The pool table was fun for our family. The air hockey table was something the kids enjoyed. Short walk to the beach, which was nice.

Everything was great except the VRBO fees that were added. Those fees are why I like to use other sites instead. These are not the fault of the owners but be sure you include them when calculating the costs.
