Never have I ever...

I have never, literally, had to deal with a property like this. The smell, I just KNOW they did not do proper cleaning after the storm. Myself and my 9 year old (what child would notice a smell if it wasn't truly bad) were nauseated. So nauseated we couldn't even stay a day. I had to rebook on the fly and I got no compassion or refund from this awful place. I've never had a bad experience with VRBO or any other third party booking- besides THIS. It made us physically ill and the host says "the cleaners can't smell it". Gaslit me. Not worth this price as is, especially with the cleanliness. The pool was unusable. I have pictures it and of the electric outlets falling out of the wall and sparking. Crooked lamps that short out (again, prob went through poor cleaning after hurricane). There is no space to walk around the bed- Maybe 3 inches. There was a hole in the wall on the porch. This place is indescriable, find somewhere else- anywhere else.

4 DAY GET AWAY

MY WIFE AND I HAVE STAYED AT THE BEACH FOR THE LAST 15-20 YEARS AND THIS WAS DIFFERENT..THE PLACE WAS CLEAN BUT THE FURNISHINGS WERE FAR FROM WHAT WE EXPECTED INCLUDING THE BALCONY AREA THAT HAD NO NICE PLACE TO SIT AND ENJOY THE SUNSETS. IM NOT LISTING ALL OF MY COMPLAINTS BUT I DID TO THE OWNER BUT I WOULD HOPE HE MAKES CORRECTIONS

Quaint and on the water

Location is on the water. We were expecting a little larger apartment, but it worked for the two of us - four people staying there would be pushing it. We would suggest updating to more of a 'Florida' theme. We left prior to sunrise and there were no lights on the outside of building which made transversing the stairs difficult.

Beach Wedding

We attended a friends wedding nearby, I'm not supposed to tell you where. This property was the closest we could get on July 4th weekend. It was just right for our needs and very comfortable. The only thing not to our liking was the resort's terribly small parking lot where you had to grab a spot early and hang onto it or do without. Unit 223 was just right for our needs.

Great getaway for 2

This cozy place was perfect for two people. Beautiful sunset views. The beach was amazing and never crowded. Very relaxing atmosphere conveniently located around lots of things to do! We saw dolphins in the ocean on our second day. And in the morning a manatee would swim by. Highly recommend!

Beautiful couple of days

Wonderful location with private pool & right on the ocean. The sunsets are beautiful. The condo was very clean but small. We thought it would be better without all the nick nacks around, they got in the way. It worked out great for a quick weekend get away for the 2 of us. We did not use the kitchen but our neighbors used theirs & one night late our place smelled like we were cooking with garlic. Otherwise everyone staying there was very pleasant. Could not ask for a better location for 2 people to spend a quick get away.

When we got there and walk up to the (villa) it was not ready and towels were on the floor bed was not made refrigerator was not cleaned had to wait two hours to be able to go in . The air conditioning in the bedroom was very hot and the air vent had very little air going in the room. Trash was ramped all over. The room very small there was very little room to walk in the room. No tv working in the living room.

Hubby and I needed a quick getaway from NYC & lucked out with this booking. Robert was quick to respond the unit was EXACTLY as described. The pool is literally a few steps away and the pristine and uncrowded beach a few more steps This unit had everything we needed. Thank you Robert

Beautiful views

This property has beautiful views, easy access to the beach and everything you could need for 2 people. The properties decor is steam punk inspired and has much to look at. However it could use less Nik Naks and trinkets as they clutter up the usable space. The reason I say for two people and not four is the overall living space is small and the pull-out couch is less than desirable to sleep on. We did love the location and quaintness of the property. Pool was clean and warm.
