Very nice place to stay!

The property was clean, comfortable. The areas out back were very nice. There are lounge chairs for the beach and and umbrella to take w you. There were a few styrofoam coolers to use also. Property is on the beach.Will stay here again! I remembered mid flight on the way home, I forgot to start the dishwasher and I am SO sorry!!

Quiet and Beautiful Location

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time, this is the place to go! The Condo is great and has everything needed. The beach is amazing, quiet and relaxing.

Needs Some TLC

Location is perfection. We’ve visited the area for 35+ years but this was our first time at Outrigger. Unit is fairly large and was clean except for some raw chicken left in the garbage disposal. The walls are a cheery yellow with a mix of furniture, some that looks fairly new, some in need of replacement. Mattress on king bed is soft and lumpy and didn’t use sofa bed. The couch and some throw pillows have seen better days. Appliances are quirky. Coffee pot did not work well and toaster too. WiFi is extremely misleading. WiFi is virtually nonexistent - slow beyond belief. You’d never know it was there except for the claim the unit has WiFi. Unit is stocked, two rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and anything else you might need though some of it is worn out and worth replacing. The beach is glorious. A short walk from unit and beach chairs and umbrellas were in a closet in the unit, but we didn’t use either. We did use loungers on beach and around pool. Some lounge chairs are slightly damaged but seemed to be enough for all those renting units. The pool is small and completely shaded by 3:00 pm but adequate if not many people are using it. The pool area was in need of a good cleaning during our stay. No management on premises. We arrived to check in after 2, and called the agency. We were told after 4. When asked if unit was ready, it was, so we were allowed to get keys. Nothing luxurious, older unit, but okay.

Beach retreat

We had an absolutely wonderful week in unit number five! Everything was just as we had seen online. Very well-equipped condo with everything you need including beach umbrella’s which was a wonderful touch. Will be coming back again and again. :-)

on the beach!

Loved that we were steps from the beach! Very convenient for kids and the back and forth runs they make. Room was clean and comfy. Was a littler higher cost than I had hoped since the place adjacent to it was only $200 more and about double the space. Only negative is the humidity doesn't allow anything to dry in the condo. The shower needs a little love but other than that it was great. We had a fabulosu week. this was our second year at the resort.
