Great stay !

Best location on the property! Walk 50 feet and your in sand. Elevated on 2nd floor so you see some great sunsets and ocean views. Very nice condo unit, had all the extras you need for a great family beach stay. Highly recommend!

Longboat Paradise

Beautiful and peaceful property with the perfect view of the Gulf. The property managers were easy to contact and you couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Hopefully, this unit is available to us next year.

Oceanfront Perfection

Unit #217 at Sand Cay Resort offered the perfect oceanfront location with a stunning view. What can be better than seeing dolphins frolicking in the ocean from both the living room and kitchen windows. A short walk from the condo and you are in the ocean. Love that Sand Cay provides lounge chairs and umbrellas. Both the ladies in the office are super helpful and such a pleasure! The location of the resort is convenient to all points of interest in Sarasota and Anna Maria Island. Can’t wait to be able to return!

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

It was magical! The beach was beautiful, the condo was clean and spacious with an unbelievably gorgeous view of the ocean, and the ocean was clear and perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. It was an absolutely delightful vacation spot!

Perfect spot

This unit had perfect ocean view and appointed with everything you needed and more. Sand Cay is the best place to stay on Longboat, as it does not have a stale and bland hotel feel. The private beach is exponentially less crowded than that of the neighbor beaches. We drove up and dowm longboat and Anna Maria and won't stay anywhere else next time but this unit at sand cay

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Incredible view!!!!!, beautiful grounds and staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the units do NOT have a washer and dryer within the unit - they are located at the front of the complex (by check in) for all units to use - free of charge, but very inconvenient when this unit was closest to the ocean. Trying to dry wet towels every day was a chore. The dishwahser was also NOT working - turned on - just doesn't clean the dishes- soap left on them even after several cycles. Beds could probably use new matteras, extremely soft. ...BUT YOU CAN'T beat the location and view!

LOCATION! , VIEW! , Comfort! Everything u want in a beach front vacation. Worth $$$ Sunset and sunrise view are priceless. #217 apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable, beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows and covers, towels for the beach. I can't rate the pool because I didn't even touch it! LOL all my time at the beach. BBQ area was great as well.

Beautiful location

The friendliness of the staff was excellent and the location of the unit couldn't be better. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the living room bay window, kitchen and patio. The master bedroom bed was worn and should be replaced, and the bathrooms were way too small. The floors throughout the unit were uneven. Definitely needs work. Too expensive for that unit. I realize it's the location you pay for.

Your own place on the beach

The feel of owning a place on the beach, no tourist tower and congested areas, no "saving chairs" by the pool, etc. Do your own cooking an enjoy the view. This unit is as pictured, a wonderful oceanfront view from the balcony, kitchen, and family room. Was perfect for our small family (2 Adults, 2 Kids).

Just what we needed.

My husband and I and our 17yr old daughter had the best time here! It was the perfect location for us to enjoy the beach, the patio, restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect get-a-way for us.

Great view of the ocean from the unit! Good space for 2-4 people. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and the unit was very clean. Nice location on the beach for walking and collecting shells. I would return for sure.

The condo was great and the view was absolutely fantastic.

The staff was very accommodating and the property was very well cared for. The unit was clean and you could not beat the view. It was fantastic to sit in the living room and look out the large picture window and watch the waves. Loved it!!!
