🚭 No Smoking Indoors:
Please refrain from smoking inside the home 🚬. If there is evidence of indoor smoking, we will charge a $500 cleaning fee to remove odors and restore the space. Let’s keep it fresh for all guests!

🎉 No Parties or Events:
We kindly ask you to respect our space by not hosting parties or large events 🎊. Only registered guests who have been included in the original reservation are allowed on the premises.

📹 Security Camera:
For your security, we utilize a 24/7 surveillance camera which records all who enter/exit our home.

🔒 There are no cameras inside the home.

⏰ Late Checkout:
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need a late checkout. Unauthorized late checkouts may incur an additional charge.
