We paid a higher rate for a room with a Hot Tub. The jets didn’t work. The TV had a tiny piece of paper pinned to to wall above. Stating TV will not work with out the sensor. Do not remove. But, it wasn’t there!! NO TV! We got in later in the evening and had to switch rooms. Only to have non working items. So we just went to sleep. As I was checking out the manager informed me he couldn’t do anything for me. And I should have come back to the office a 3rd time and reported it.

Only thing, was the bathroom light/fan switch. It needs to be separated to two switches. One for fan/ one for light. To take a shower in the morning both come on. Others are still sleeping and the fan woke them up. I mentioned it to the desk attendant. Everything else was great. Thanks.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to the highway. It was a clean room and the bed was very comfortable. We were just there passing thru home, but we enjoyed our stay there.

It was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The traffic noise from outside was blocked by the noise from the air conditioner. The breakfast was good as well.
