This cosy holiday apartment for up to four people is located on the first floor of a charming house in Lopar on the island of Rab. It offers a comfortable home on 37 m² for couples, small families or friends who want to spend a relaxed holiday by the sea. Only about 350 metres separate you from the fine sandy beach Mel, which gently slopes into the crystal-clear water and is particularly family-friendly. The famous Paradise Beach with its turquoise blue sea is also only about 1.5 kilometres away.



The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, single bed and extra bed, a bathroom with shower and a living area with kitchen and dining table. Here, air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV provide pleasant comfort. Two covered balconies with partial sea view invite you to start the day with breakfast outdoors or to end the evening in a relaxed manner.



In the well-maintained outdoor area, a large garden with seating and a grill is available to you, which is ideal for shared meals in the open air. There is space for children to play, and pets are also welcome (for a fee). Two parking spaces are located directly by the house, one of which is covered.



The friendly landlords live in the same house and are happy to help you with any questions. They speak several languages and offer homemade products and fresh vegetables from their own cultivation upon request (for a fee).
