A washing machine is also available. Additionally, WiFi and a television with satellite connection provide entertainment options.
A major plus is the private parking directly at the building and a balcony with sea view. The apartment is located just 200 metres from the beach and offers quick access to shopping facilities and the town - each only 100 metres away.
