Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a sofabed measuring 80 cm by 200 cm and a French bed measuring 200 cm by 210 cm, along with a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, and direct access to both the terrace and the swimming pool. A separate WC is also available on this level. The ground floor further includes a dedicated spa area featuring a hot tub and sauna, both included in the rental price. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom with a rooflight contains a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a bathroom with bath and WC, and access to the balcony.
