Welcome to Domaine Ferme de la Vergne, an elegant and meticulously renovated reception venue located in the Gâtinais region, near Paris (A19 Auxy/A77 Villemandeur exit), just one hour from Orléans and 20 minutes from Montargis, nicknamed the Venice of the Gâtinais for its 131 bridges and footbridges that connect the streets crossed by the Briare Canal, the Loing River, and the Orléans Canal.

Nearby attractions include Bellegarde Castle, the Javelière Gardens, and the Sceaux-du-Gâtinais archaeological site.

The estate offers an ideal setting for relaxation in the heart of the countryside, whether for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or meetings with colleagues. It is perfect for hosting family events or business meetings. On the ground floor: a beautiful open-plan living area with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a separate toilet, and a wellness room with a spa. The living area can accommodate 30 people and 15 beds.

On the first floor, there is a family room with a double bed (140x190 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm), a room accessible to people with reduced mobility (with elevator) with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), three bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm), and a foosball table and jukebox on the mezzanine. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with toilet.

A reception hall is available (from November 2024) for weddings, birthdays, seminars, baptisms, family reunions, etc., accommodating up to 90 people. It includes a cloakroom, two restrooms (one accessible for people with reduced mobility), and private parking for approximately 30 vehicles.

The hall is available as an optional extra at a rate of €800.
