You will love this charming, quiet, stylish cottage nestled in a country setting on several acres, yet still only 17 minutes from downtown Waco, Texas.

The bedroom features both a comfortable King-size bed, as well as a practical bunk-bed, sleeping up to 4 very comfortably. The unique bathroom has an antique clawfoot tub and shower and very creative sink, vanity and small closet. From here it's easy to enjoy the surrounding country life out in the very private back yard or to sit around the fire ring under the stars! When rested up, experience fully the restaurants and shops of the quickly growing and ever popular downtown Silo district or take in the Baylor University sports or culture.
