About this space
The space
This beautifully designed and perfectly situated home has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a pull out bed off the living room for larger parties. The positioning of this casa combined with the abundance of lighting in each and every room suggests there is not a bad view from any window or level within this casa. This home is situated about 20 seconds from the lap pool and about 1 minute from the store etc. On the second level there is a wonderful outdoor space perfect for taking sun, staring at a fire or star gazing.

Guest access
Security is on-site 24/7 and they are most willing to help when items get lost or you need assistance of any kind. They patrol the neighborhoods and all non-residents must sign in at either of the two entry gates to ensure privacy and the safety of all residents.

The Airport is a 5-minute drive away with the quaint town of Loreto being only a few minutes further. This friendly little town provides all the amenities you could possibly need to include grocery, hardware, liquor, and department stores. The most wonderful of which are all the authentic Mexican restaurants and boutique shops. One of our favorite things is walking to the French Bistro for a glass of wine and spectacular but affordable food. You won't find better French bread outside of France. With the exchange rate, we also love dining at Azul. Being from Seattle, this restaurant is on par with some of the best restaurants in the city. Lazy days at the pool or on the beach or exploring Loreto and the surrounding area is what it's all about. We also love getting lunch at the Marina just south of Nopolo! There is just so much to do!! We have a list of some of our favorite spots as well as trusted guides for thos of you looking to fish, take a boat tour, dive, snorkel etc.

    Very comfortable house for a family vacation

    We enjoyed our stay at Jim's house. Easy check in. It has a nice layout for cooking, dining, and gathering as a family in the first room. The bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry are off a central courtyard. The king beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. The twins are better for young kids than adult kids as bigger kids can feel the bed springs.We did have an issue with not enough drinking water being provided. There was 1 jug when we arrived and communication with the property manager was difficult to get additional drinking water delivered. He delivered two more and then told us to go buy our own. We ended up having to make a few trips at the end of the week to purchase water and carry 5 gallon jugs back. The house is close to the beach, pools, restaurants, etc. and great for daily walks around Nopolo.

    Great Stay

    Owner was very responsive and gave plenty of suggestions to make our stay easier. Home was clean and well set up. Great location in the community. Close access to the lap pool and beach. Area property manager also responded quickly and went out of his way to help. Important when you are a long way from home and don't know anyone.

    We felt checking in that housekeeping could have been a bit better. Old stuff in the fridge but the place was nice and a great location. Rooms were separated which worked great for my adult family.

    Perfect family home

    The house was the perfect size for our family trip. Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Walking distance to pools and the beach. Made use of their many outdoor seating areas and even enjoyed a dinner cooked by chef Marisol. The property manager Brian was super helpful and prompt to respond to any questions we had. Most of the restaurants in the community were closed since the busy season had not started but the city center of Loreto was about a 10min drive so it was convenient to have a rental car. Will definitely come back !

    Excellent place and Jim was very attentive.

    My family and I love this place! Jim was just a text away and Brian (property manager) just a call always to answer all our question. The house is located and a big gated community with security so you always feel safe. We enjoy the both pools and restaurants inside the community. Thanks Jim for opening you home to us. The layout of the house is like a hacienda style we’re the room are separate but for us was perfect.

    Spacious Nopolo home

    The neighborhood the home is located in is ideal for families. It is safe and has good amenities. I have two teenage girls that are athletes and religiously woke up each morning to work out. Unfortunately, there was not a gym so they went for runs each day around the community. We have no safety concerns at all. All of the employees within the community that we came across were very friendly. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and maintained. We visited in early June which is their off-season so the hours of operation for the few restaurants/cafe's were limited. We were happy to have a rental car as it was definitely necessary. The home itself was very nice and clean but the set-up was a little strange. The living room and kitchen was separate from each of the rooms. The first floor master bedroom had a bathroom, but the other room on the first floor had a separate, stand-alone bathroom with no air conditioning. It just felt weird to have to go outside to go to my room and/or use the bathroom. It would probably be ideal for multiple families staying at the house. Also, it would be helpful to provide an area/facility map. There is supposedly 3 community pools but we had no idea where they were. Also, we didn't know where to take our trash. Since there was NO house keeping our entire stay, the trash piled up!! Also, ran out of TP. We didn't really use the kitchen much, but it seemed to be stocked with all the necessities. We have stayed at other VRBO's in resort towns in Mexico and we had a concierge that arranged everything we needed and answered any and all questions. The owner, Jim, did an AMAZING job with restaurant and activity referrals. He hooked us up with a boat captain, Cptn. Juan, and we can honestly say he made our trip!! We spent three out of our 4 days with him. He should be called Captain/Chef Juan - Great captain and heck of a cook!! All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would be happy to go back!!

    Loreto vacation 2022

    This property was awesome! Everything you need and more. The furnishings are lovely and lots of room for guests and entertaining. Master beds were very comfortable! Location was good, just steps to the lap pool and close to groceries and spa and restaurants. The host provided us with great information and recommendations of where to go and what to do. The property manager was awesome and very helpful as well. The deck and dining area upstairs were very spacious and with a BBQ. We used that a lot! If you need a haircut, check out Loreto Spa. Maye is fabulous! I would definitely recommend this home!
