Less than a 30 minute drive from Murcia International (RMU) and 1 hour from Alicante International airports, our fantastic apartment is ideally situated for a short transfer.

It is a 5 minute stroll from a wide boulevard which has lots of quality bars and restaurants, providing international cuisine. It is a 10 minute stroll to the beautiful long sandy beach and shallow warm waters of the Mar Menor. The apartment is also within walking distance of several supermarkets.

Perfect for families and couples alike, the resort boasts a long tree-lined promenade which has typically Spanish beach bars and restaurants. It is well known for its water sports due to the safe shallow waters and is close to numerous golf courses, ideal for a golfing holiday!

Our second floor air conditioned apartment has access via a lift or stairs. The ramps around the complex (including the pool and gates) make it ideal for any of our guests with limited mobility. The apartment is 110m2 in size, one of the largest on this safe secure complex. It is well equipped for your comfort to make it a holiday home from home. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, 12 setting dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee machine and electric oven & hob. There are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes providing ample storage. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with en suite bathroom and shower. The large, beautifully tiled family bathroom has a bath, with an over bath shower and screen. There are two other bedrooms, each has two single beds, which are movable. The open plan living area has a large dining table with 4 chairs. It also has comfortable seating to relax. We provide English and Spanish TV and internet access via secure Wi-Fi.

The balcony overlooks one of the three beautiful pools and has a SSW orientation. There is a gas BBQ, a table with 6 chairs . We have provided sun beds together with folding padded chairs.They can be used in the pool area or the down at the beach.

We have a high chair, travel cot and bedding for our younger guests.

You do not need a car to enjoy your holiday here as all amenities are close to hand. Why not hire bicycles to use during your stay? The local area is very flat which makes it ideal for cycling.

Stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in July along with my partner, son (2 year old) and other family members. Excellent communication before we went. The apartment itself was fantastic with lots of home touches - by far the best apartment we have rented in Los AlcĂĄzares. 3 pools to choose from and no problems getting space near the pools for the sun loungers. Air con was very much appreciated as it was a heatwave whilst we were there. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Apartment

This apartment is in a great location and suitable for wheelchair acess, with a fully functioning lift and walk in shower. The apartment is spacious, lovely and clean with a homely, cosy feel to it, with a great view overlooking one of the pools. The beds were so comfy, great nights sleep! It has a well equiped kitchen and working gas BBQ. The owners have thought of everything you would need to enjoy your stay, and make your holiday stress free. The outside facilities were fantastic, grounds well maintained, and everyone was friendly, just a lovely atmosphere. Great communication with Gordon & Sue will definitely be back. Thank You.

Hemos pasado 8 noches en este magnĂ­fico apartamento y todo ha sido perfecto. Era nuestra tercera visita a Los Alcazares y sin duda es el mejor apartamento en el que hemos estado. Esta en una urbanizaciĂłn privada cerrada y con vigilancia durante las 24 horas. Dispones de 3 piscinas comunitarias. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Tiene todo el menaje y la ropa de cama que puedas necesitar. Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios para la playa o la piscina . Tiene hasta un pequeño botiquin por si tienes algĂșn percance durante tu estancia. Los supermercados y la zona de ocio se encuentran a 5 minutos de distancia andando. Si volvemos a Los Alcazares serĂĄ sin duda nuestra primera opciĂłn.

We are familiar with Los Alcazares but this is our first stay in Puerto Marina apartments. I can height recommend the apartments which are are secure and well maintained. The pools are lovely and always clean with plenty of room for sun beds. We had a 7 month baby and a 7 year old with us and our apartment catered perfectly for our needs
. The air conditioning in the apartment was a must.

El apartamento cumple todas las expectativas, ademĂĄs de corresponderse con la descripciĂłn del propietario. El complejo turĂ­stico es muy interesante, ya que dispone de varias piscinas, solarium y servicio de limpieza y seguridad es muy completo. Buen apartamento para vacaciones familiares

Nos ha gustado mucho este apartamento. Tiene 3 dormitorios grandes, 2 baños completos, espacioso salón, y mejor que nada un balcón con vistas a la piscina donde hemos podido ver los niños (8+, sabiendo nadar) bañåndose. Muy cerca de las playas del mar menor, aunque requiere coche. Tuvimos todo lo que hacía falta durante nuestra estancia, incluyendo hamacas para la piscina/playa. Todas las piscinas en el complejo (hay 3) tienen zona para niños mås pequeños, también.

A real home from home in a great location

We stayed here early August and I can honestly say this is the best place we have ever stayed in Los Alcazares. Everything from start to finish was well organised and was kept in touch with every step of the way by the owners Gordon and Sue. Once we landed we phoned Linda when we left the airport and was met by them outside the apartment and she showed us around the complex. When we entered the apartment you could see the quality everywhere you looked and was shown around (and told the kids where to find the WIFI password). We had a wonderful week away in the pools and in local bars, restaurants (5 mins away) and even had a trip up to Benidorm. Worst part was the last day, unfortunately we had to leave and Linda met us with enough cleaning products to give Kim and Aggie a run for their money. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough and if possible will be staying here again. Thanks Gordon, Sue and Linda

We had an amazing stay at this apartment!

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay at this apartment! The place is absolutely beautiful and would even go so far to say that the pictures don’t do it enough justice! It really is a home away from home. The living area is perfect and the couches are really comfortable for relaxing. The bathrooms are super and the beds are very comfortable. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. Great communication with the owners with quick replies to all queries. The key holder Linda who met us was really lovely and we knew had we encountered any problems that there was someone we could contact immediately - thankfully there were none. The WiFi is strong. The complex is immaculate and very secure. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to the main area where the shops, restaurants, bars and beach are located. We hope to rent this apartment again.
