Welcome to the Casa Del Moreno! A 3000 sf 4BR/2.5 BA house with a swimming pool, spa, open floor plan, living room with high ceilings, backyard with waterfall, BBQ, Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bathroom, plenty of parking spaces, and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The house comes with cable (150 channels), HBO, Showtime, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. The house is ideal for couples, families, and business travelers. Ideal for *photo/video shoots. There are five sliding doors (one from kitchen area, two from two sides of living rooms, one from master bedroom, and another from second bedroom) for you to enjoy the backyard, pool, spa, and waterfall areas seamlessly.

Awesome Pool

The backyard/pool area was perfect for a summer getaway. Sunny in the morning and shady all afternoon, the pool was the perfect temp. Inside furnishings very pretty bare bones, but we spent all our time outside so it wasn't an issue.

Really disappointed

We ended up having a disappointing stay. The house was dirty, there were drugs in the bedrooms and in the living room furniture. The kitchen had an ant infestation which ruined lots of our food, and multiple cockroaches were found in alive in the house. We ended up cleaning most of the house to make it decent enough to stay in. We purchased cleaning supplies because none were found in the house. All of the furniture was extremely dirty and not in good shape. 2 of the 4 beds are broken. It doesn’t seem as if the house had been cleaned prior to our stay. There were no working smoke detectors in the house. Everything was very disappointing as we spent a lot of money renting the house, and we had kids with us which is really frustrating considering the drugs and insects. We contacted the property manager and the homeowner but really didn’t feel like the concerns were taken seriously. We contacted VRBO as well, and felt like we were brushed off without receiving help. We will be contacting the local BBB to let them know about the issues we had. The owner offered a $200 refund which was disrespectful. We spent $5,500+ renting the house and spent over $200 on cleaning supplies alone. Again, really disappointed.

Beautiful home in Woodland Hills

My family and I took a vacation to visit family and friends and we stayed in this home. It was beautiful. Well maintained. Loved the pool just wish it was heated. Bed in the master was more firm so we slept in one of the other bedrooms. Definitely recommend.

Great House - Needs Cleaned

My family and I stayed at this house while on vacation to Universal Studios. Manuel was very easy to communicate with and overall the house is exactly what was pictured and ideal for what we needed. My only complaint is regarding the cleanliness of the house. When we checked in, the floors very obviously had dirt on them and had not been swept, vacuumed, or mopped. I did contact Manuel about the rug needing to be vacuumed because we found glass on it and there was no vacuum at the house or we would have done it ourselves. He had the housecleaner over to vacuum within 45 minutes which was excellent. We ended up mopping the entire house ourselves because we had small babies and the floor was not clean. Overall, great house, but in serious need of a deep cleaning.

Disappointing, uncomfortable, safety issue

This could be a really great rental. However, the cons outweigh the pros. Feels like more of a rental for 20 year old single, not a family. Cons: -very uncomfortable furniture including the beds and dirty bedding (we ended up at the chiropractor several days during our vacation) -the back door lock did NOT work. We let the person know and he said he would stop by and fix it but did not. This was a major safety issue, especially in LA -the pool water did not circulate properly and started to get cloudy by day 3 -no hangers in the entire house for our clothes. The 3 or 4 hangers that were there were edged into the windows as security. We felt that our security was overlooked, though there were multiple high tech cameras watching our pool time and entryway. Pros: -back outdoor area is very nice and enjoyable -good location, 30 min drive to Malibu and Hollywood -owner was easily reachable via text, just did not follow through on requests to fix locks

This house is vintage cool with a heated pool, hot tub, tons of space, eclectic furniture, side suite, and a safe neighborhood. Host is responsive and took care of everything!

Relaxing and Comfy Stay

We loved this spacious, well-kept home for our vacation! The host responded to all questions quickly and politely. We loved the hot tub and large kitchen. The living room was perfect for hanging out with our whole group. Definitely recommend!

Already planning for next year!!

We loved the house! The retro look and elegant aura was perfect! We really enjoyed the full privacy of the pool/backyard. AJ was very attentive and the YouTube videos to teach you how to use everything makes it user friendly. It definitely helps avoid the midnight texts asking how to run the A/C or hot tub. We did experience a few mosquitoes but we picked up some candles first thing the next morning. We can't wait to get details organized for our next stay! Btw, the master closet? Um, omg, I need that in my life!! Lol Thanks AJ!
