Beautiful , spacious Convenient and Contemporary Studio City condo

You couldn’t ask for a better location in Studio, City, right in the silver triangle neighborhood walk to everything on Ventura Boulevard. Trader Joe’s just a few blocks away and multiple restaurants and shops all at your fingertips. Very easy to get places from Studio City. You can be in Hollywood in 15 minutes, Beverly Hills in 20, downtown in 25 minutes on the beach in a half hour. Universal studios is about a 10 minute drive and you can get to multiple movie studios and theaters very quickly. The condo is across the street from CVS Radford studios so it’s great for somebody who works in the industry or people who just want to be close to everything in Hollywood.

There is a gym on the first floor. And gated secure parking in the building for one car. There are also EV charging stations.
