This Hotel was in a very nice location. Plenty of shopping and food in the immediate area. Didn't have an opportunity to use the pool, so can't rate that.

The room was well appointed and very clean. I appreciated the daily room service. The lower rating is due to my preference for whole room a/c as opposed to noisy units. The staff was very accomodating and the breakfast was very nice. Since we stayed several days we appreciated the variety of options from day to day. The restaurants in the neighborhood were very good and allowed for good dinner choices at the end of the day. We especially enjoyed the Corner Grill (Korean) and Urban Plates, both across the street. We may be coming to the area again and will likely stay with you again.

The hallway had a horrible smell (like old standing water) and it was coming into the room. I’m highly allergic to mold and this had me worried all night. Also, the toilet did not flush correctly and it was very hard to find the light switch when coming into the room. It was completely hidden by the towel rack. I was happy to only be using the room for a few hours.
