The only thing keeping it from a 5 star was bar service and breakfast. We sat at the bar on our 1st night and the gentleman who was working the bar didnt even acknowledge us till almost 10 mins later. He could have said "Hi ill be right with you" but just ignored us. 2nd is we sat for breakfast our 2nd day. They still had 40 mins left. The lady working didnt acknowledge us. So we sat for almost 20 minutes waiting until i asked the front desk where i could order. She then went to check the kitchen area and told us the chef just left. We could have had breakfast if the acknowledgement was there. Otherwise everything else was great. And clean.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was tasty. Jose, the bartender, was great. He ensured our food and drink orders were accurate and properly prepared.

Front desk staff excellent, bartenders & chefs excellent, great place for the daily Happy Hour, rooms are nice but we did a 7 night stay and if you stay that long you have to ask for your room to be tidied. Gym is nice. Close to airport is convenient. Great place for a short stay

It’s a newer property to the Burbank area. It’s nice for the price, I found all but one of the staff helpful and friendly. The front desk person working Tuesday afternoon Nov 14th needs to be retrained. It was terrible customer service and he has a bad attitude. Otherwise the stay was above average.
