Great stay minus the people above us, 5:30 am blasting loud music and literally having a dance party. Never fails the last night we stay in hotels always has some loud obnoxious people above us. Over all it was fine.

This was an awesome hotel to stay at. We stayed multiple days. Kevin & Carissa are amazing people. Room is clean & beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean hotel within walking distance of Burbank airport. Hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. Bar/restaurant was understaffed & employees lacked training. Menu didn't explain that chicken on the caesar was going to be deep fried. Drinking glasses in room had large amounts of dried dishsoap in them. Nice property. Needs better management.

The staff at this hotel were well below standard. From my check in to my dining to my checkout. The only saving grace with this hotel is that the hotel itself was outstanding. The staff require training in customer service and satisfaction
