Children's Play Area Vacation House & 2 car Garage

Welcome to our beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath house in Long Beach!

Our home features spacious bedrooms with a special surprise for the kids, a loft net to play in above the beds! We have a fully equipped kitchen, and the cozy living room is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. You'll be just minutes away from the beach, as well as the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, taking off for a cruise.

We look forward to hosting you!

The space:
We have 3 bedrooms with different bed sizes for everyone. King, queen, and two twin beds are upstairs while a sofa bed is in the living room if you need it for a group of 8. Smart TV, washer and dryer, and our garage should meet your needs for your stay in Long Beach.

Our house is best set up for groups of 8 and less. Any unexpected overnight guests beyond 8 people will be charged $100 per person and reported to Airbnb. Let us know if you are expecting more guests!

Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like a late check out. We can provide that for $45 MOST of the time.

If you check out late without asking us there is a $50 fee per half hour after check out.

Guest access:
We have a 2 car garage to keep your vehicle out of sight and close by, with street parking available. Our garage door is 6 feet and 6 inches tall and 16 feet wide. Large vehicles will NOT fit inside completely. There is street parking but it is first come first serve and can be difficult to find a spot on the weekends and evenings. We have a digital keypad on our front door so you can easily enter without handling keys.

Other things to note:
The loft net is only to be used with adult supervision. Only 3 children should be on the net at one time. Guests are using the net at their own risk.

First trip to California!

Nice stay perfect for our family! Would like to have stayed longer but I understand someone else had already booked it! Perfect for our 4 children and our son and his wife and us. Nice quiet location next to shopping and stores. Clean and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Neighbors are extremely nice, they explained the different fruit trees and even gave them some. Overall great experience!

Great little house!

Great little house for our weekend stay! We were in town for the Cali Vibes music festival and the house was the perfect distance to every thing we needed! I would recommend highly!

First off, the place itself was great. We were 20 minutes from Long Beach itself and the house was very clean. The boys were able to wash their clothing and the hot water never ran out for us even though there were 6 people having to take showers. The tappity tap tap was because there were gun shots at 2 the first morning and then on the second night we heard 3 shot gun blasts plus.......wait for it......a drive by down the road. BAM WHAT!?!?!

Fun getaway

A great spot for a group of 6 comfortably! The couch does pull out, but my group never had to use it. My group was there in July, so having individual ac units in each room helped keep it cool. The streets are a little tight, so I imagine this would be hard in an SUV but it was perfect for my two small cars! Very clean and Travis was very kind checking in and listing local places and recommendations.

Home matched photos

The host were very responsivive. This place met our needs. I had a few questions and a request for an early check-in and they answered all my questions quickly and they were able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. The home matched the listing and was clean. It had all the basic necessities in the kitchen and all the drawers were labeled. The neighborhood wasn’t the best but everything was in driving distance about 15-20mins away.
