Staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is merely adequate, with very rough towels, room maintenance not happening (NOT referring to cleanliness, though the TV remote was tacky feeling, but rather to the structure—damage to tub, chipped tiles, etc), and policies not favorable to traveling in groups, conferences, etc as there is a strict rule of no guest other than registered for a particular room being in another’s room…you have to meet up in the tiny lounge by the checkin desk.

Staff were nice and the checkin process was easy.I was just surprised that I paid so much for a low quality room. Breakfast ends at 9 which is really early considering you are on vacation and want to sleep in. There are several hotels in the area that are half the cost.

Great stay for my one night need, visiting family, out of town. We stayed on the 3rd floor so it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The price was right, the free breakfast was nice. The shower pressure and temperature was good as well. The only minor issue is the sink is outside the bathroom area but that’s not a big problem. I would stay again.
