Front desk was nice when we needed extra towels. Breakfast was terrible. Needs better options. Hotel rooms need to be updated. Sofa had stains on it. Desk chair fabric was ripping. No stability bar in shower. People can fall.

Absolutely loved the staff. Very friendly. Felt safe and the room was large and well maintained. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good. I want to say that Mark who checked us in was the sweetest and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Something you dont see in young people these days. He is an asset to your company. Only thing we didn't like was the kids running on the floor above us till almost midnight. I finally had to call to complain and the staff member took care of it. Wound differently stay again. Just on the top floor.

It was OK because I stay here five years ago. It was great. I love it but right now. I don’t know. I booked three room when we check in and we were checking in late at 11 PM and one of the room it was dirty. It’s not clean so it was OK this time

Worst hotel

Room stunk like cigarettes, had to get swapped to another floor, extremely loud guests on both floors, when showering there was no soap, only lotion. When going to sleep you cant close the curtains so im the morning light shines through and there was a light outside literally shinning into the room Also the AC blows the tiny see through curtain so the light shines even more into the room couldnt get a goodnights sleep Sheets were dirty, bed was very stiff Pack and play was urinated all over, disgusting
