I’ve never had that this issue with them before but the trim we checked into smelled like cat urine. I immediately told front desk, they apologized and gave me a new room right away. This second room was to their usual standard.

Staff wasn’t friendly, more standoff-ish. The bathroom sink wasn’t working so I requested to switch rooms, which they accommodated but then charged me an extra night. Once I brought it to their attention, they weren’t helpful and told me to call customer service. I am still waiting on that refund.
