College grad lodging

Easy communication with owner - clean apartment - comfortable beds - good WiFi - nice washer/ dryer. Bath towels and shampoo provided. Kitchen has basic supplies (no towels). Walls are thin (can hear neighbors and outside). On our last night there, an intoxicated person was right outside our windows and door making noise at 3am.
