Just before 5:00 a.m., someone unlocked and attempted to open our room door. Fortunately, the inside lock was engaged, so the door did not open fully and the person left. My wife and children were in the room at the time, and this incident caused them significant fear. We reported the incident to the hotel. They kindly offered to change our room, which we appreciated. However, we were told that they would “look into it,” and we were never informed of the outcome. This lack of follow-up left us feeling uneasy about the situation and overall room security.
