I have stayed here on and off for over 1 year . The place is slowely falling apart , sink smell like sewer , towel holders fell off , kept getting locked in the bathroom , had to get a new key twice a day . Place is not worth the money

We had such a great stay! Every staff member we came across was friendly! The beds were comfortable. Our sheets did have some stains on them but they were like a tire wheel stain. The vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned, but otherwise everything else was great! I thought it was weird that housekeeping, on our last day, were knocking on our doors at 8:30 although check out isn’t until 11.

Staff were friendly but sometimes slow and we were 2x charged incorrectly, once we were charged for a bottle of wine instead of a glass! Another time we were charged for one more breakfast than we ate. Our room smelled of a sewer. And while some efforts were made to correct it, it remained.

I chose this hotel is for its location which it is accross from my office. It will be convenient for me to go back to work the next day coming back from an oversea trip. Overall this doubletree is one of my favorites, but a bit disappointed this time since i found out the carpet around the desk/chair is not cleaned/ vacuumed.

Property is conveniently located near LAX and provides shuttle service to and from LAX. If your best option is to eat breakfast on the property -> in my opinion, the best things to order are an omelette or the pancakes.

Booked a 2 queen room. Checked in and they said they sold out only have a king bed with pull out couch. I said fine. Went up to the room and there is no couch. Called the front desk and they said they know they don’t have any of those rooms. I said then why did you tell me that at check in? Their answer “I’m not sure” and best part is I still got charged for the 2 queen bed room.
