Ocean front luxurious rental on Malibu's best dry sandy beach with panoramic ocean views. Located on the sand, this beautiful, restful beach is known as Carbon Beach or Billionaire Row, catering to many celebrities. Less than a minute to restaurants, world famous Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach!

The rental was designed by a renowned architect which shows in the great attention to detail and upgraded finishes. Wonderful vaulted ceilings make this vacation rental open and spacious. This luxurious 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom rental has a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, a very large deck and panoramic views of the coastline. The kitchen is fully equipped and accented with stainless stain appliances, granite counters, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, glass cabinetry and upgraded hardware. The full bath has a Jacuzzi tub and marble counters.
Included with the rental is one car garage and parking for an extra car. In addition, the property is gated for extra privacy.

Fully equipped with all essentials: : gas barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining. We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to pack those essentials. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience. There is garage parking and the property is gated for extra privacy.

You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation. There are panoramic ocean views, a large deck for relaxing and dining. Steps to a dry sandy beach with an outdoor shower for washing off the sand.

Carefree with all the electronics: When you are not on the beach, you can enjoy the two flat screen HD TVs, Blu-Ray, stereo with IPod connection, CD player and Wi-Fi.

We stayed here w our two teen boys. The apartment is very clean. There is no AC, but wasn’t necessary even in August. We slept with all windows open and box fans going and were completely comfortable! And got lulled to sleep by the wonderful sounds of the surf, just 20 feet below our apartment. The apartment itself is well stocked, plenty of sand and water toys for the teens, too. VERY clean! I loved that the loveseat and couch coverings were changed after each group of guests. I slept in the open air in the living room every night bec the sound of the ocean was so wonderful!

This place is just as advertised. The view as soon as you walk in was breathtaking. The furniture is comfortable, and the appliances were surprisingly modern and wellfunctioning. We utilized the beach chairs and boogie boards on the beach. Excellent stay and would recommend. The Orca condo was fantastic!! The views from the large balcony were spectacular. There was plenty of room, wonderful fire place and the proximity to many wonderful restaurants makes this an ideal location.

The location was perfect. Everything was within a mile. The place had everything you could need. They even left quarters for your laundry. The place did have a damp smell and that’s because it was right on top of the ocean, maybe. Some of it was run down but my daughter said it was beach aesthetic so I guess I’m not used to it. . Love the hosts and the maintenance crew. Really sweet people .

What a fantastic experience. The team was extremely helpful and very friendly. I never had a single worry. We stayed in “Orca”. If your goal is to sit on the beach, you’re going to have to take a short walk. If you want the full deal “Malibu experience “ complete with waves crashing just below your deck don’t hesitate for a second. The balcony is so close to the water you could fish off of it. We spent hours on the balcony just looking at the yachts, dolphins, seals and other life. It was a great trip. Safe neighborhood easy access, great parking (I have a full size Silverado). No problems, just great times. Thank you to the team for a fantastic weekend. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed the view from the balcony, however the condo needs to be seriously updated. Very cheaply finished. The king bed was very comfortable, the other beds not so much. Very outdated kitchen, no wine glasses and flatware doesn’t match. Minimal kitchen utensils, plates etc You pay for the view, but that’s about it unfortunately.
