Excellent breakfast, lots of safety features. The rooms were a good size. Beds felt a bit worn but it was clean. Staff was very friendly.

Left my jacket there and no one will help me or answer my call. They keep transferring me and sending me to voicemails

I chose Embassy Suites because the website said the had a restaurant. Evening meal by Q code scan with delivery in plastic box is a really stupid idea. The restaurant service by sub contract was less than the quality of McDonalds and aout 125% of the cost. UNACCEPTIBLE for me and I will not return.
