This hotel worked very well for our family for the one night we were there. My kids loved the Koi pond and the cool elevators! Our breakfast was also delicious! My only complaint is that the beds are very firm and not comfortable.

Staff was outstanding in every aspect! The breakfast, the bar, the cleaning service. Friendly, efficient — great! Next time would request a room with window to the outside , half the rooms are interior with only a window to the lobby area.

Yes, the only concern we had was that we had five people in our stay and they only stocked the room with three towels and wash cloths. They rectified that thru a simple stop at the front desk.
