The power went out at least three times while we were at the hotel. When we went to inquiry about the issue we were not provided with information. The front desk staff was very unresponsive and did not seem to care about our needs. Since it is June the weather is very warm so it was quite uncomfortable in the room at night.

This hotel is outstanding! Super friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast is impressive! Fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal and more. Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel amenities are nice. Staff are very courteous and helpful. We love our stay here in Fairfield Inn in Valencia. May we suggest to have a different variety of hot buffet bfast. We as a golfer prefer more protein in the dish. Looking forward to have another long stay next month in one of the Fairfield hotel location.
