Massive hotel yet our room wasnt ready until after 6. Room was still dirty and cleaning staff barged in around 8pm to deliver water bottles that we didnt ask for or need.... front desk staff was unhelpful and likely special needs

Pros: The room was clean & comfortable. The hotel is in an easy to find and access location and also feels safe. There is a trader joe's and coffee shop within easy walking distance. Cons: parking costs $29 and the person checking us in made it feel like we were not worth his time.

It was a very good experience, in fact so good we are going back next month. The breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. Check in/ out was quick and easy. Thevroom was good, the bed comfy andvthe only problem (hairdryer] was fixed quickly. Overall very good.

Hotel is nice and clean. Room had a lot of space and beds were comfy. The hotel is right next to the freeway with tons of eating option nearby in downtown Glendale and downtown Burbank. No issues trying to find parking on a Sunday night. We definitely would stay here again.
