I chose this hotel mainly for the location, and it did not disappoint. It’s in a great area, and there’s a church directly across the street, which made catching morning Mass super convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, which I always appreciate after a long day of traveling. There’s plenty of parking in their garage. It’s not free, but it’s secure — and honestly, I’d rather pay for peace of mind. The room itself was clean and had all the usual amenities you’d expect. Everything felt comfortable and well-maintained. The only issue we experienced was that the toilet overflowed. We notified the front desk, and while they were responsive and brought towels, we weren’t moved to another room. It would have been a five-star experience if we had been swapped out, especially given the inconvenience. That said, we had already planned to step out and only came back to sleep for a few hours, so it wasn’t a complete dealbreaker — just a bit of a customer service miss in my opinion. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and ease of stay were solid. With a little more attentiveness in handling unexpected issues, this place would easily be a full five stars.
