Air con on when it was 55F outside had to get maintenance to fix it - this was after we checked in late at night so we were exhausted. Had to keep adjusting the heat all night cause the only way for it to cool down was to turn it off. Was not informed that I could use my meycard for parking in and out so had to go to the front desk to reverse the room charges (since I paid the self park). All and all just a very mediocre experience.

I like the location! Burbank is a nice area. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. They were exceptional from the gentleman at the valet to the the ladies that checked me in in the very polite and professional staff at the breakfast, really outstanding. This hotel is in a great vicinity to a lot of really nice restaurants and some great shopping although my room was slightly dated. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Overall I would come back.

This hotel is horrendous!! You would have a better more comfortable time staying in a 2 star motel. No ice on ANY floor (all were broken), thermostats don’t work, AC units going on and off all night, TVs don’t work, horrible bathroom conditions. Windows so dirty you can’t even see out of them. The state of this hotel was actually shocking. From the outside it looks nice, and that’s how they fool you. Don’t get fooled, stay somewhere else.

Windows are so dirty you can’t even see. That’s not condensation; it’s FILTH.
Filthy vents. You can’t see much here but it was full of debris and dust. Hasn’t been cleaned in years.

Great place, real close to shopping and restaurants just off the freeway. Nice pool and decent gym. No hot tub and room service comes in a paper bag but over nice rooms with great views with almost 20 floors

I made a reservation at the Hilton in Glendale and when I got there in the evening they had given my room away and didn't have any available rooms, so it seems as if they know how to take a reservation but not to keep the reservation,so I had to find another hotel room will never use Hilton again

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar area was great, as I was able to watch Game 7 of the World Series with Dodgers Fans. The thing I felt was a negative was the $29 they charged to self park.

My room had hair all over the bathroom, the fixtures are all rusted and old. The smell of the room is old and just not kept well. I stayed for a solo getaway and I just had a horrible experience. I’m very disappointed to be honest .
