Our home is a LA listed landmark building. A former MGM studio home, housing actors and staff. It is in the centre of Culver City. Walkable to bars, cafes, the cinema, Platform, WeWork. Recently renovated 3BR home in the Lucerne-Higuera neighborhood of Culver City, which is right in the heart of LA and convenient to Apple, HBO, and major films studios. We're a block away from a Boulevard full of great cafes and restaurants, and a short walk to Destroyer, Bar Nine, Wildcraft, Simonette, Roberta's, Platform etc. If you're in town for work it's one of the best areas to be based as you can get to any destination quickly, and the Expo Line to Santa Monica and DTLA is also close. The space The house is a listed landmark building originally developed for the film studios in the 1920s. Built from concrete and steel, it features a mixture of original Spanish colonial architecture and recent modern design updates. There is a lounge with two story high ceilings, three bedrooms (use one as a 2nd lounge / studio), and two bathrooms (one has a Japanese-style tub). The kitchen opens onto two separate garden patios for outdoor dining and lounging. The house has new high quality appliances throughout and 3 private parking spaces off street, which is also pretty useful.
