The room was very clean but I was given the impression that we would be able to use the balcony. The balcony door was locked and not usable. Staff was nice but they were not upfront about the valet parking daily cost which was about $45 daily. We tried calling the front desk as they said they can reserve an Uber for free cost to the Getty museum but we were on hold for almost an hour. The hotel was nice though and we just wish they were upfront with a lot of stuff beforehand. Due to this we wouldn't go there again.

Valet should NOT be required. At the least make it more economic, $45 a night is excessive. The lines it forms outside when arriving or needing to depart limited my ability to enjoy the hotel. There was trash flow in the receptacle by the elevator that was neglected during most of the time I was there. Trash collected outside others doors remained for most of the day. This made the hotel seem seedy once you pass the lobby. Overall I will not be returning nor would I recommend anyone to stay.
