Walls were thin and we could hear conversations from the other rooms. Beds were too firm for me and pillows flat.

Needed towels at check in. NONE in the room. The attendant brought towels immediately. The light in the bathroom was unpredictable during the night. Turned on randomly. Very bright and annoying. I probably wouldn’t choose the property again.

The room has many challenges. It didn't have the Do Not Disturb card, the coffee maker didn't have any coffee or condiments, the phone did not have direct lines, the hair dryer is wall-mount type, but not connected to the wall, and most importantly, the AC is difficult to manage.

Hi Harry, we appreciate you staying with us. Thanks for your feedback. Coffee is available to grab in the lobby. The phone dialed to the lobby by dialing 100 (which was printed in the room). We apologize that your DND sign was misplaced. We have plenty of extras in the lobby and with housekeeping. We also apologize that the AC and heater was not as straightforwad as you would have liked, but it has many functions, is near silent, and we would have been happy to answer any questions you had about it.
