The airport shuttle situation is awkward and leaves one feeling like they are receiving the discount hotel option rather than a high end hotel. Perhaps I misunderstood and that is the reality, but no one wants to be informed that they didn’t pay enough for quality customer service.

The hotel was ok. It was centrally located to a lot of the places I needed to go to… but that was the biggest perk. The front desk area is so small that I thought it was the concierge’s desk. The “free” breakfast was very lackluster and it wasn’t appealing to the eye. The coffee was watered down, and some of the food trays were empty and not refilled in the 15 minutes we were there waiting. The hotel charges $30, per day, for parking… which I think is ridiculous. Parking should be free! Overall, I would say it’s not bad, but it isn’t that good either.
