Winter 2025 Hotel is being remodeled. While the room was excellent, the grounds were a bit of a mess. The lobby/breakfast room was closed, so no Breakfast was offered, and no coffee was available. The staff was friendly and helpful, considering the mess. I happened to arrive during the rescue/recovery of a guest who drowned. I have stayed here before, and it's usually quiet. I am sure my stay was abnormal.

The power room area with a very nice shower and toilet room to the right.
Watercloset? Is that term still used for the shower/toilet room?

Room AC either too cold or too hot. Significant amount of water on floor. Perhaps caused by AC. Resulting in 2 nights with little sleep. Desk clerk not helpful!! Perhaps an English language problem. There shouldnt be a fork lift parked in the front parking spots where paying customers should be parking. Had no services/do not disturb sign for doors. No ice bucket The 2nd room i had (had 2 rooms because of there being 7 of us) i went to pick up a towel to put them all together and there were so many cobwebs (i dusted it for you) to the left of the sink. Floora were not swetp in either room. Hair from someone else in the showe refill shampoo/conditioner after someone uses room or top them off. Hair dryer needs to be mounted to the wall Let people know where the light switch is for the top light above the bed.
