STEPPED ON NAIL IN ROOM
Posted Dec. 16, 2019 on HotelsThis was my worst hotel experience ever, even considering price, which was comparable to quality hotels nearby. I picked it over these, because I usually prefer hostels, and the name sounded good in that sense, but I only met people from the area, which is a bad neighbourhood.
/ I STEPPED ON A NAIL GOING INTO THE BATHROOM, WHICH PIERCED MY SKIN. They did not refund me anything in spite of this.
/ They had a private party on the premisses, which played very loud music untill 12, which is ok, but they could have informed me.
/ Room was not very clean, and very worn out.
/ The bathtub didnt have the plug to take a bath, and only warm water for a very short shower.
/ Staff was generally rude, and even talked bad about other customers when I stood there.
NEVER USE THIS HOSTEL.
