This Lovely Cottage sitting on one of the most desirable streets in South Torrance, this home is one of the famed "Story book Houses" with pitched roof, quaint front porch and white picket fence. These homes evoke a charming feeling of yester-year, reminiscent of a simpler time of authenticity, . Downstairs you'll find a remodeled country kitchen with chef's grade appliances (Viking stove, Sub-Zero fridge), wine fridge, living room with fireplace, dining area, family room, two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. Think the house is great? The back yard is amazing! There are multiple access points to the huge backyard featuring a built in outdoor kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and sink, stamped concrete, spa, and eight foot deep pool with diving board.
