Clean and attentive staff

Very clean and as presented online. Rooms are small; however, worked for our needs. The only issue was the shower door did not close completely, there was a slight gap. Other than that for one night we enjoyed our stay.

Booked last minute after a failed Airbnb experience and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. The staff was excellent and helpful. And the courtyard is an awesome space for eating, relaxing, and working.

Quiet and clean updated motel near LA. The courtyard space is really nice and the continental breakfast had delicious fresh pastries.

This was our second year staying at Mayumi. The rooms are compact but stylish and comfortable, and the staff is fantastic - laid back yet professional and helpful. The highlight is the courtyard with various seating areas including a fire pit - we were able to have family over for a post-dinner drink (BYO except for coffee, tea, and water which is provided in the lobby/common kitchen, along with glasses & ice), and the steel doors on the surrounding rooms keep the noise completely out so you don't disturb anyone! Despite it being street parking only, we've always found a spot within half a block. And there's a grocery store across the street. Good value for money.

Staff was 10/10 nice! Location is great, and kept secure. Rooms are perfectly cozy, modern, and very sexy. The courtyard was fun to chill in. Breakfast was great! I’ll definitely stay here again. Parking was not an issue for me during my stay.
