No body-wash in the shower, completely empty. Valet sent us between the second and first floor two times each. We carried our bags between each location two times and then were told to go back down to the first floor. Then someone escorted us to our car on the second floor and just gave us our keys and left us.

Really No bathroom for privacy, no Vanity, no closet for clothing,the safe was in a drawer unattached. The room itself was very small for staying anymore than a night, which we did for three nights. And when I went to the concierge to complain about the TWO DOGS that were left, locked in their room beside me until about 5 AM. The next morning, all they could say was that I should have a better sleep tonight because that room had just checked out of the Hotel. Sorry to say, actually not sorry. We won’t be back.

The hotel advertised several on-site restaurants, but none were open from Tuesday through Thursday. While this may have been due to the holiday, it was disappointing, as more options would be expected for guests. The food selection was limited, especially for those with food allergies. The European breakfast on the 34th floor, at $25 per person, offered very little variety. The best part of the stay was the amazing city view, which was truly impressive.
