Great location - needs an update

Great location. Hotel has a strong musty smell and could really use an update. Floors in the room were dirty. Hotel staff were nice and very accommodating to needs.

The staff was rude when our freezer didnt keep our already frozen ice cream frozen. Their only offer at 1130pm was for us to find a new hotel stay. The representative rolled his eyes at us about the melted ice cream.

This hotel is in a great location, but they make you pay $50 a night for Parking and you have to schedule your room to be cleaned. They don’t automatically come and clean it. The staff was very rude and not very helpful. I would not stay here again.
